What to do
Description
This stone behind me is just one piece of, what do ye call it--ancient technology--we stumbled upon here in the Isles. But, we're not entirely sure what they are just yet. Baffling, really. We've sent word to some friends to see if they can help. In the meantime, perhaps ye can figure out how tae use it?
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

NPC didn't show up at all for me and no idea how to get them to come back, I've submitted a bug report
The opening line of the quest is "This stone behind me is [...], and there's a "quest objective" circle over it on the minimap.
