Starting with Patch 10.1.5, the Riding Skill will be learned automatically by characters at certain level thresholds for free.
In addition, by reaching level 30 and visiting Boralus (Alliance) or Dazar'alor (Horde), a quest will be automatically received to learn a new flying mount, either [item=206567] (Alliance) or [item=206566] (Horde).
One time quest per faction per account. Twinks of same faction won't get it after finishing once on main character.
