TheWoWDBLiskorath is located outside the dungeon and to the right, at the very beginning. Pull it before you go inside. If you wait until the end, teleporting out and in does not put you back at the beginning, but on the top floor, and you'll have to run the entire way back. Since it's the beginning of the expac, you'll probably need help.

Liskorath is at the start of the dungeon. To save time, just kill her at the beggining.
I did this on heroic and it did complete the world quest and gave me a mythic level reward (340 trinket). The first objective is at the beginning of the dungeon, so don't forget it, because you have to run back otherwise. Teleporting at the end doesn't put you at the beginning of the instance!
