Hi all
On This WQ You need to first pick up [npc=193490] they look like small stones on ground. When YOu pick it up take it close to [npc=193415] ( Fire Crystal ). Each [npc=193490] is giving 20% then You need to do 5 times like that. [npc=193490] is respawn very fast XD.

You have to run up right to the crystal until you see a little explosion-like animation, or it doesn't take your Fire Energy. A really good place is the one on the land bridge because there are several Fire Energy spots nearby and they respawn fairly quickly.
