The NPC dialogue for this quest:
The player seeks out and consults with [npc=188299].
These Qalashi are so proud of themselves. In time, the Blacktalon will deal with all of them!
Players then ask, "What have you observed about the djaradin?", prompting Kavia to respond:
Talonstalker Kavia says: The red dragonflight wasn't ready for the surprise attack.
Talonstalker Kavia says: The djaradin seem to be hoping for a tougher fight next time.
The player seeks out and consults with [npc=190564].
No fear in the enemy's den?
<Right grins.>
Players then ask, "What have you observed about the djaradin?", prompting Right to respond:
Right says: The djaradin consider the outpost a well-earned victory against their ancient foes.
Right says: They're already talking about another raid. And another. And another.
Right says: It seems this is just the beginning.
The player seeks out and consults with [npc=190563].
Hmph. Good kill.
Players then ask, "What have you observed about the djaradin?", prompting Left to respond:
Left says: The djaradin were ancient foes of the dragons for a good reason. They're formidable fighters.
Left says: The dragons left and the djaradin seized the moment... and they don't seem like they want to give it back.
After turning in quests, [npc=194772] and Majordomo Selistra have a short interaction:
Wrathion says: The djaradin scheme to claim the Obsidian Citadel... the black dragonflight's seat of power! Enough of this.
Majordomo Selistra says: Patience, Wrathion.
Wrathion says: I will have the luxury of patience when they are scoured from my home!
Majordomo Selistra sighs.
Hello, i have this weird issue i'm doing those quests :
in which I need to meet Wrathion at the end. But he's not at the top of the tower.
I've already try to restart the quests (4 times) but he's still not spawning. Any ideas ?

What to do
Description
While Selistra and I attracted their eyes above, shadows crept in through their defenses. My agents, the Blacktalon, are keeping an eye and an ear throughout the keep. Meet them and let them know you're on our side. They'll give you some valuable information on our enemies.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Killjoy
Ah, yes. I saw the leader of these giants headed back from the raid shortly after I arrived. She's celebrating their victory somewhere within the camp. It would be a shame if someone interrupted her revelries, don't you think?
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Obsidian Citadel
<At a glance, this seems to be internal communications between djaradin camps. The words 'Obsidian Citadel' leap out at you. Perhaps Wrathion would be interested in seeing this.>
