Description

My old friend Krasus sends word of dire happenings at Wyrmrest, in Dragonblight. His missive was brief, but it seems that there has been some sort of attack on the Ruby Sanctum beneath the Temple.

Pressing business here in Dalaran keeps me from attending to the matter personally, but I have heard word of your exploits in the Lich King's Citadel and you are doubtless up to the task -- perhaps you could assist Krasus in my stead?

Additional data:
-Before stepping into ICC this quest was not available.
-After downing the front four bosses and gaining 2436/3000 Ashen Verdict rep the quest was available.

So I can verify that friendly rep with Ashen Verdict is not required for this quest.

Coriam is right. Am atm 2200 / 3000 neutral with Ashen Verdict on an alt who can't see Rhonin's quest; though, other chars wit higher reputation all were able to get it. Not related to Kirin Tor or Wyrmrest reputation. My guess is you just need, but at least need, to be friendly with Ashen Verdict in order to get this quest.
