The Lieutenant is permanently whirling around evade bugged on Thaurissan. Sigh.

Apparently a Hunter's explosive trap will still hit him. Sure is fun trying to kill a moving mob with 787k HP using only an explosive trap! He also comes up with the consecration debuff when he passes over a Paladin's consecration, but I'm not sure if it's actually doing any damage.

*EDIT* Okay so after 2 hours plus of watching him slowly circle through explosive traps he finally died - nobody got credit (including the Hunter in my party who was there from 100% to 0%). But he respawned right after and didn't evade bug. So... yay?

Hi everyone! I have discovered that the SECONDARY hits from a priest's cascade WILL hit this guy when he's bugged.

I just grabbed a little turtle mob from the shore and used cascade on him over and over, and the bouncing secondary hits did a nice amount of damage to this bastard Lieutenant.
Hunter explosive traps also work.
Cone of cold may or may not work. A mage kept using it over and over so I'm assuming it works.
Also consecrate doesn't do damage, but the debuff will be applied.
At the moment, cascade seems like the best source of damage.

Hope that helps!
