Rare NPC in legion have almost instant respawn time (1-2 min max)

This quest can bug out and be repeatable without any effort. Get the World Quest Tracker addon and sometimes this quest reappears in the list, within the same time limit, after having completed it already, and the boss kill credit will be ticked. Simply port to the estate and walk close enough to get a repeat reward. This actually happens quite often but without the addon you'll never know when this happens as it won't show on the map the 2nd time it pops.
