Currently bugged, Ly'leth shows as "unknown" and even though the ? is yellow, you can't turn in the quest.
It bugs me how it's the simple that's that get screwed up like turning in a quest.

What to do
Description
I have finished unraveling Ly'leth's message. I want you to come with me to her estate. It is long past time I returned to the city.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- A Message From Ly'leth
The arcan'dor bears fruit once again. Just in time, too - Ly'leth has sent us a message, and it seems she may have a lead on Vanthir. He is long overdue for this gift, assuming we manage to find him. Give a fruit to another citizen here in Shal'Aran while I finish decrypting Ly'leth's message.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Essence Triangulation
Vanthir... an example! That certainly explains why Elisande chose to hold him this long. We need to move quickly. I can track him, but I will need to find places where his Arcane Essence is strongest.
