Directions: Fly to Bradensbrook flight point in Val'shara (42.3, 58.5) and ride west around Blackrook Hold to the quest area. Ride the path west out of the town until it forks at 39.5, 59.7, and take the right branch curving northward toward Blackrook Hold, across a creek and up a hill. When you reach the top of the hill (38.0, 54.9), turn left (west) down a path, across a small bay (33.6, 51.0), to the start of the quest area at 32.0 46.9.

The tower with the Queensguard Captain is at 33, 41. The captain is on the third floor, patrolling on the outer balcony. It might be [npc=103757], [npc=104289] or [npc=104290], randomly chosen each time the world quest restarts. The stairs from the second to third floor are somewhat obscured by a wall when you fight on the second floor.
