It's slightly a peculiar quest in that it is given towards the end of the zone levelling and it's kinda disconnected from the main zone story both geographically and lore-wise. But it seems to follow the general theme of Legion. Other zones might have similar hubs that work in the same way.
...I read her note as
"The dead march from Bradensbrook."
then looked back at the corpse on the ground and thought gee, isn't that a little too on the nose?

Description
The corpse of Darcy Heathrow lies before you pierced by several arrows and knife wounds. In one hand she clutches a note, written with a feeble hand, that reads: "The dead march on Bradensbrook. Help us, please!"
