Hi all
This Quest you can take from [npc=143380] in Boralus Harbor or [npc=143172] in Stromgarde.
On This Quest You need to kill 20 Witherbark tribe trolls. They are located on east in Witherbark Village.
To be able to do this you need to finish at first Story line ( 4 quests ) See My comment Quest Chain Stromgarde.
