seems to be bugged in 2024, dino does no damage, takes absolutely forever to get to 100%

I was checking daily to see if Wrath of Rezan WQ was up, but I wasn't quite sure where to look for it. Today it showed up just east of Scaletrader Post @ 73.2, 28.35 (Zuldazar map coords). I don't know if this quest shows up at the same location every time, but just in case someone else isn't sure where to look for it, this is one set of coords.
