If you are a noob like me, I thought I had to go to the AH to go buy some Draenic Dust. However, right smack in the middle of your Enchanter's Study is an "Essence Font" which lets you DE items.
Placing an Enchanting work order requires 5x Draenic Dust.
Just talk to Garm (Enchanter's Assistant) and choose 'I would like to place a work order'. Then start the work order

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
