Where you hear it

lfg_dungeonready.ogg is the queue pop: the sound a player waiting in the Dungeon Finder listens for while doing something else. The copy served by the current retail CDN is blanked, so this file was taken from the Mists of Pandaria Classic client, where the same FileDataID is intact.

TriggerPlays when the Dungeon Finder has a group ready for you and the role check window opens.
