Where you hear it
levelup2.ogg is a second take on the ding, slightly longer and louder than the familiar version. The client keeps it in the same interface folder, but ordinary characters reaching a new level still hear the original file. Because it is not tied to a common event, almost nobody has heard it thousands of times, which keeps it fresh. It still has the rising, celebratory shape players connect with progress. That makes it a good pick for anyone whose friends already use the standard ding.
TriggerAn alternate level-up stinger stored next to levelup.ogg; the standard PLAYER_LEVEL_UP ding does not use it on a normal character.

Ringtone
Level Up (Alternate) runs 5.0 seconds, enough for one full play before most people pick up, and it loops back cleanly.
Notification sound
Over a text, a five-second fanfare that is louder than the classic ding registers instantly and is hard to confuse with a stock phone chime.
