Where you hear it

lfg_rolecheck.ogg asks every party member to confirm tank, healer or damage before a group queue starts. It arrived with the Dungeon Finder, which reshaped how players found groups. The cue is gentler than the queue-pop sound because it only needs a quick click. Premade groups hear it every time the leader requeues. It works as a mild 'please confirm' alert.

TriggerPlays when a group leader queues for the Dungeon Finder and each member must confirm their role.
