I can confirm that as well. Also, to clarify, these are little items you pick up on the ground, no need to fish.
If youre looking to get this, many comments are so far saying you need renown 15. Im currently 10 and have checked every posted comment location with no spawns. Not confirmed I suppose but... Dont be surprised if you dont have any [item=200079] showing up either!
