I've now lost my Flying Fishbone Charm, probably in a bag purge.

Anyone know if it's possible to get another one?

Apparently you don't get the item, there's no buff to say you've got it or anything. But if you speak to Tavio, you will see that it's off the list of things to craft. So you have it, there's just no indicator to say so.
