TheWoWDBI am not 100% sure if this item is working properly. By Capacity, I interpret this as meaning getting more fish when you loot the net. Right now, I have been getting the same average number of fish before I even started upgrading the net (Usually 20 fish, sometimes less).

Yeah, this is my experience as well. Basically no change in the amount of fish. The upgrade to reduce the amount of time until harvesting is working however.
Same here. Absolutely no change for upgrading nets twice. I'm glad I spent so much time fishing special pools for nothing...
