Also be careful if you have an addon that autocompletes quests for you. Once you have build this item there is a quest offered by the same NPC to take any extra Imbu Knots you have and give you 150 rep. However, you'll need 6 more of these knots to make the next upgrade (so 9 total), and my autocomplete addon turned in my two extra for rep before I realized what had happened :(.
