Made one on my warrior, I believe this can be used to perform transmutes with. Will have to check.
(checked the transmutes I have, and in the tools that you need, philosopher's stone is not red, and i do not have my old philosopher's stone on me, so it may be safe to say this lets you perform transmutes.)
