Astral Glory

I had vendors open in Kirkuk Hovel, and could see and click on Alchemist Funen. The quest wasn't dropping for me.
This is what I discovered in the post 9.0 world:

1. I had the area open and could even see the lightforged beacon after first loading on to the Exodar, without doing any quests. After collecting 50 herbs with no quest drop, it occurred to me that I needed to actually do the opening sequence anyway - even though I could sell to the blacksmith in Kirkuk Hovel and see Alchemist Funen.
2. After doing the opening quests up to the point where I could take the quest that had me walk with Turalyon, I decided to test it and see if it would drop now.
3. I collected fel-encrusted herbs in the area and it dropped on the 11th herb. So, they don't have to actually be astral glory.

TLDR; after 9.0, even though you can get to Kirkuk Hovel and see and interact with everyone, you still need to do the opening sequence. You can get it from either fel-encrusted herbs or astral glory.

Hand of Fate quest(Khadgar in Dalaran if u havent done that already)

*Hand of Fate will lead you the camp where you can actually help High Exarch Turalyon(you dont need to do all of his quests, just until you unlock the npcs arround). Once the camp is unlocked at 56 67 coords you can start farming normally until you get the quest for rank 1.
