PhysicalTooltip
Gives a chance to block enemy melee and ranged attacks.
How it works
- Effect 1 is effect type 23, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 3.5. It scales with 1 times spell power.
What it does
Block is a spell with an instant cast and no range (it targets the caster).
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
