How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Burning Presence is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 10. Its base value is 250. It scales with 0.25 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 49. Its base value is 10.

- Effect 4 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 87. Its base value is -20.
