It seems to have two different icons? I'm not sure why it looks like the screaming head sometimes, and just a blue burst other times, just by left clicking it. Each icon still has the same text and the blue burst icon is not here on wowhead. I'm unsure about the text though too:
"Intimidates any target you attack, increasing your threat generation."
Does this "you" mean the abyssal/infernal?
It seems like you need to let the abyssal get aggro first a little bit and then start to dps since it's not a taunt, but just a high aggro generating ability that helps build aggro from subsequent attacks.
