TheWoWDBGot this on my 2nd kill of [npc=150468] and [item=170066] on my 1st kill. You can farm for the recipe(s) multiple times per day. I asked in zone chat if anyone had some [item=167059] to summon [npc=150468] and a nice player obliged. If you prefer not to farm for [item=167059] you can also just semi-afk and wait for someone to spawn if your shard isn't empty.
