Horde have a quest "Warsong Saw Blades" in Ashenvale where one of them is needed. On Norgannon they sell up to 1 g in AH... http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=6581
1g is a bargin compared to Dunemaul EU server, between 10 and 15g here when there are any on AH.. So get the mats that are really cheap and find a nice engineer to make it for you for a small fee :)
