ShamanThis spell seems to be unaffected by resto shamans mastery - as for patch 9.0.5.
Using this spell on Lillyensthoom (Fae's healer dummy):
- healed her for 11393. She was at 1 hit point
- overhealed me for 11393. I was at 100% HP

This ability should really give mealstorm to elemental and enhancement.
It's unfair right now since it gives enhancement 3 maelstorm weapons but 00000 for elemental.
From playing with it for almost a year, Fae Transfusion doesn't seem to have "Smart Healing".
If in a stack of people, with some severely injured and others pretty well off, it will heal at random (often missing the injured people), which is a massive shame.
