TheWoWDBCan be learned from Lady Muunn <Memory of Shapes>, she's a bird perched in The Heart of the Forest at 38.31, 24.86. When you speak with her, select " I want to learn the Natural Impetus Effect" and then "I would like to learn..."
If you don't like the learned effect, you can do the same process as above, but select "I would like to unlearn..."

This is the equivalent of Arcane Momentum that mages can learn at a Mage trainer to toggle the behaviour of Blink, but for the on-demand teleport portion of the Night Fae covenant ability Soulshape, called [spell=324701].
So this is basically just for pvp? Is there any pve use?
