Extremely weak in PVP, amazing in dungeons and decent for raids.
As of DF this is only available outside of the Shadowlands in the MW and WW spec trees. It's in the bottom zone (capstone area) for both specs. For Mistweaver it's in the far left of their specialisation tree; for Windwalker it's in the far right of their tree. Unfortunately I'm not aware of Brewmaster having access to this ability any longer.
