TheWoWDBIf you don't have skinning, you can easily find light leather by fishing along the coast of low level zones (eg: Westfall, Darkshore, etc.). Look for floating wreckage/debris along the coast and cast your lure into them--you will frequently catch multiple Tighltly Sealed Trunks from a single floating wreckage, and these trunks usually contain a good amount of light leather.

Why are these (and all the other goggles) listed as cloth armor when you need leather to make them? Is it simply to allow any engineer to wear them if they can make them? Mightn't cloth be a more appropriate reagent in that case?
Except that they are only usable by engineers with a high enough level to make there own.
