TheWoWDBA high block-rate character (epic Warriors or Paladins especially with the Redoubt talent) can generate reliable 25-35 damage AOE Nature damage shocks on each block, but each block also has a 50% chance of causing 1 durability damage in addition to regular durability decay from taking hits.
There is no limit to the proc's frequency but it is no longer affected by the wearer's +damage bonuses.

Just to let others know, you do NOT have to know the schematic to use this. You only have to be an engineer. I had some guy tip me 1000g to craft this for him. He said He hates MC after running it 1000 times with no drop. Crap luck for him I guess. I get this almost every week. :) Mogit(Transmog add-on) Is saying this is mogable also.
Has a chance to damage durability? This is the first item I've ran into that has such an effect! WTB more creativity like this in the game, Blizz! +1
