What it does

Gathering Blizzard is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura in a 1000 yard radius and applies an aura in a 1000 yard radius every 0.5 sec. It also casts Blizzard.
