TheWoWDBSo you can avoid the mistake I made: This headpiece that would be perfect for lvl 29 twinking is available only to Gnomish engineers, which is only available at level 30. So don't set your sights on this if you are gearing up for that bracket.

This is not quite correct. As with all of the Gnomish/Goblin engineering goodies (Shrink Ray, Cloaking Device, Sapper Charge, etc.) this item requires a Gnomish engineer to MAKE. The requirement to wear/use these items is only Engineering (in this case 210). Get the mats together and find a higher level engineer to make them for you. I assure you, you CAN get all of these items on your 29 twink. My frost mage is all kinds of tricky. Happy twinking =D
