In wsg, can be used on the flag carrier to keep him from running,
or use it to make his own guard killed him (lol hilarious to watch)
In AB good when people try to take command points.
When 2 or more people try to take one at one time, use it to slow them down...
Also, in a battleground, use it on twinks... very good results.

Killed my first death knight with this.. as 37lvl paladin made him walk off the cliff.. so hilarious.
Gnomish Mind Control Cap, although nerfed, is excellent for trying to kill a flag carrier who has a guardian. Mind control the priest and kill the warrior with the help of the priest on YOUR side. You are NOT limited to autoattack as HEHEzhansi said. The mind controlled person randomly uses cooldowns, abilities, and spells such as recklessness(long cooldown).
