Goblin Rocket Helmet

Not really personal experience here, but I have seen a little gnome mage use this in the Warsong Gulch BG to charge at a flag carrier, stun him, and soon thereafter completely obliterate him to return the flag. It was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen in WSG, it nearly brought a tear to my eye. Of course the horde posse trailing behind the flag carrier soon swarmed the poor gnome and blugeoned him good, but in any case, it turned the tide of the battle. Thanks to that little gnome's sacrifice and this awesome helmet, we won the battle. To whoever that gnome is, if you're reading this.../hug.

Only gnomes can get this at 29 because of their natural ability with engineering (their racial bonus). All other races must wait until lvl35 before they can increase their skill above 225.

Although the item is BOE and does not have a specific Engineering school requirement, only Goblin Engineers can make them.

The helmet works like a ranged Sap ability.
