Ice Barrier
Frost
Shields you with ice, absorbing damage and increasing your armor for 1 min.
Tooltip
Shields you with ice, absorbing damage and increasing your armor for 1 min.
Melee attacks against you reduce the attacker's movement speed by 50%.
How it works
It works on charges (charge category 471); the charge count and recharge time live in a client table the datamine does not carry, so they are not stated here. Casting it triggers a 0.8 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Ice Barrier is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 69.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. Its base value is 35.
- Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 87.
- Effect 4 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 286.
What it does
Ice Barrier is a Frost spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 1 min. When cast it applies an aura.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
