Tooltip

Creates a cloud of lightning that lasts 15 sec., blasting all enemies in a selected area for 1.39999 Nature damage and inflicting 1.70434 additional damage every 5 sec.

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

Lightning Cloud is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 1.4. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 10 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Persistent Area Aura (effect type 27). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 1.7043 per tick. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 10 yards. It ticks every 5 sec, 3 times over the full 15 sec (5.11 base in total).

What it does

Lightning Cloud is a Nature spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards, a 40 sec cooldown and effects that last 15 sec. When cast it deals Nature damage (base value 1.4) in a 10 yard radius and leaves a persistent area effect on the ground in a 10 yard radius every 5 sec.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
