Tooltip

Misdirects all threat you cause to the targeted party or raid member, beginning with your next attack within 30 sec and lasting for 8 sec.

How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Misdirection is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 130, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 100.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 61. Its base value is 15.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.

What it does

Misdirection is a spell with an instant cast, a range of 100 yards, a 30 sec cooldown and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it applies an aura.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
