On a Pale Horse

A Death Knight Talent. Surely a biblical reference:
Revelation 6:8
I looked, and there was a pale horse! Its rider's name was Death, and Hades followed him. They were given authority over one-fourth of the earth to kill people using wars, famines, plagues, and the wild animals of the earth.

Seems kinda Death-Knight'ish to me.

Talent Analysis
Not a damage increase, but a utility talent, On A Pale Horse provides assistance whether you are on said horse or not. The increase to mount speed is always welcome as a way to cut down travelling time. The 30% reduction in snare uptime is also welcome, as it allows the DK to rush into (or out of) battle more quickly.

Soloers will want this talent, so that they can go in between their quests while levelling much faster than without it. However, in a dungeon and raid environment, you are rarely mounted. The snare reduction may see some use in instancing, however, it shines greater in PvP, where snares are thrown about like confetti at a tacky wedding.
