How it works

Powered Down is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 395.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 87. Its base value is -99.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 8 sec. It triggers Volatile Fuel.
  4. Effect 4 is effect type 140, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Powered Down.

What it does

Powered Down is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 90 sec. When cast it applies an aura and applies an aura every 8 sec. It also casts Volatile Fuel and Powered Down (record #273247).
