Pure-Air Sail Extensions

Currently, and very subject to change:

• Pure-Air Sail Extensions is an optional reagent for crafted gear that gives +10% mounted speed and +run/unmounted speed stat.
• 
  
  
• The mounted speed effect only works in outdoor Shadowlands zones.
• 
  
  
• This mounted speed effect stacks with more pieces of gear that have this enhancement.
• 
  
  
• You can get a max of 310% ground mount speed with 12 pieces. Temporary 510% with [item=187339] (fun detected).
• 
  
  
• It works with flying. 12 pieces (+110%) yields 520% flying speed.
• 
  
  
• The effect does not stack with the guild perk [spell=78633]. If you have Mount Up, equipping one piece of gear with this enhance does not increase mounted speed. Equipping a second piece will then give +10% mount speed, etc.
  
• 
  
  
• Alchemists should be able to put this on a trinket slot for 13 pieces (untested).
• 
  
  
• It's wonky with druid forms.
• 
  
  
• You can craft this onto any blue Shadowlands crafted gear. Every ilevel gets +10% mounted speed. The +run/unmounted speed stat varies by ilevel.
  
• 
  
• Blacksmiths, tailors, leatherworkers and jewelcrafters need to complete the quest starting from this random drop in Zereth Mortis to unlock the ability to craft this onto gear. High drop rate from mobs in Catalyst Gardens (the very south point of the zone).

• To craft this reagent itself, engineers need [item=187832] which drops from [npc=183925] and [npc=180924].

So, can you clarify, Blacksmiths, tailors, leatherworkers and jewelcrafters can USE this item, after they've completed the quest from [item=190579], but only Engineers can craft it?
