It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 10 times over the full 5 sec. It triggers Ravage.

What it does

Ravage is a spell with a 2 sec cast, no range (it targets the caster), an 8 sec cooldown and effects that last 5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Ravage (record #177590).
