When any party or raid member within 40 yds takes more than 30% of their health in damage in a single hit, each member gains 5% increased damage and healing, decaying over 30 sec. This cannot occur within 30 sec of the aura being applied.
How it works
Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Retribution Aura is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 285. Its base value is 8. It triggers Retribution Aura.
