How it works
Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

- Effect 2 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It triggers Infected Wound.
What it does
Shiv is a Physical spell with an instant cast and a range of 5 yards. When cast it deals Physical damage (base value 20.3397). It also casts Infected Wound.
