I enslaved the rare Nagrand spawn Voidhunter Yar, then dueled a friend, who killed my enslaved demon and got the Medium Rare achievement, and he even dropped the boe belt and it let me roll on it.
I would like to say that you can no longer enslave a warlock in Metamorphosis form. The only time that you could enslave another warlock like that was during a beta build, but Blizzard patched that out pretty quickly if I remember correctly.
