How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 100 yards. It ticks every 5 sec, 6 times over the full 30 sec.

What it does

Wild Magic is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 30 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 100 yard radius every 5 sec.
