How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Withering is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. It ticks every 1 sec.
- Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3). It triggers Paracausal Fragment of Seschenal.
What it does
Withering is a Nature spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and an effect that lasts until cancelled. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec. It also casts Paracausal Fragment of Seschenal. It stacks up to 10 times.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
