  When Frostfire Bolt critically strikes, it applies 1 additional stacks of Freezing. Each stack of Freezing that you Shatter deals (27.3% of Spell Power) damage to nearby enemies. Damage reduced beyond 5 targets.

  Frostfire Bolt has a 25% chance to reset the remaining cooldown on Flurry and cause your next Flurry to deal 50% increased damage.

  Frostfire Bolt and Flurry critical strike damage increased by 20%.
